Magic: The Gathering
Hello =)
I decided myself to handle a tournament for you, fumbbl coaches. This time, even if you can forget about the ball not much blood either I'm affraid, topic is the well known CCG: Magic: The Gathering.
I know quite some coaches played that game some years ago, and that possibly some are still in ;) Most droped because it got expensive ... It's still a fun game tho, and it's now possible to play online for free.
This first tournament of hopefuly a long serie will feature the Alpha edition ... Black Lotus, Moxes, Ancestral Recall, Berserk and all those legendary cards ;) From some positive answers in a first thread I know I'll got some players. If you are also interrested, sign-up here. Be warned tho, there is a lot more to read than in this blog hehe.
To let you know, the cards you'll get in this first tournament might be used again later to run some other ones, basicaly the idea is to manage a virtual collection of card ... But for free and within a nice community.
This will be my first experience at handling a sort of online league, give me some work !

You're giving everyone who enters a black lotus? Or just the winner?

Everyone who enters the tournament gets 2 Alpha starters and 4 boosters of some old expansions (they can choose wich ones among a limited set of choices). Means the cards are random, no black lotus yet but I've seen some great cards like a Time Walk, a couple of Berserk, a Mox, Fork and a lot of others.
Winner will get 3 boosters (might be Alpha ones), runner-up 2, and all others 1.
