To setup matches between those hard to reach people. You do NOT have to sign up for the forum to post, but please make sure you at least put some kind of identifier on who you are. Team name, coach name, something. You do have to register if you wish to take part in future voting which will involve upcoming tournaments and such.
<h2><b>League Rules</b></h2><b><u>1. All teams must be [L] Division to play within the league.</u></b>
2. Any team within our league will ONLY play in OUR league games (both teams must be scheduled by a tournament to play, NO random games). Any team that plays a game outside of our league will be removed immediately and all games will be forfeit or we will find a replacement.
3. There are currently no restrictions currently on races or teams you pick.
4. 1 Game per week is REQUIRED. More than 1 game a week is highly recommended. Any team that does not play their game within a week will forfeit. Who exactly forfeits will be decided by who put the least effort into playing their game. Utilize private messages, and the chat room to find the person you are trying to play. Please do not make this become an issue.
5. Rank within the tournament will be handled in the following manner: Points, Record (for the current season), Head-to-Head, Team Rating, TDs, Casulties. Essentially, if you are tied in points, we look at your record to see has the better win percentage. If you are tied in record we will look at who won in your game against the person you are tied with. If you tied in your game we will look at your team rating then Touch Downs and finally casulties. If in every aspect you are tied there will be a one game play off to see who the victor is. - Added April 11th, 2007.
6. If any team wins 2 championships in a row, they must take a season to rest and the coach must either not play in the season or create a new team from scratch. This will add to league diversity. This team cannot be of the same race they won the championships with.
7. To make the league fair, a minimum a 5 FF is required for all new teams to join the league. What your FF falls to after the season starts is left to chance and does not effect your teams eligibility.
8. Any team that forfeits more than 2 games in a season without proper reasons and explanations will not be asked to join the league again next year and a replacement will immediately be sought.
9. No player may join the league unless they themselves own a computer. No team will be allowed to play if the use of someone elses computer is the only way they will get their games in.
10. Starting Season 3, any team that forfeits 3 games will immediately forfeit the rest of their games through the season without a chance to play them. This rule is being put in place due to the unfair factor of some teams getting more games in because certain teams decide to stop playing.
11. <strike>No coach can play a team for more than 2 seasons in a row. You can play with that team after a 1 season break. The team you create to replace the team you've played two season in a row cannot be the same race you played previously.</strike><font color='red'>This rule has been amended by rule 12.</font>
<font color='blue'>12. In regular season play, the limiting factor of any team instead of the amount of seasons played is from season 3 on all teams must remain at 225 TR or under. Any team that exceeds 225 (meaning 226 or higher) must lower their team rating by any means necessary (be it removing players, re-rolls, or any other facet). Violators will be subject to the following: 1st offense - Will lose their points for the game. 2nd offense - Lose all of your points up to that point, if the offender had very few points, they will be placed in the negative. 3rd offense - Removal from the league.</font>
