This Alliance is lead by Karl Franz himself.

Karl Franz sended his emissaries to Kislev asking Tsar Radii Bokha for help in his quest to retrieve Marienburg. The Tsar already had to face the Chaos walking through his lands in their quest for the Free City and has willing to help out the Emperor against their opponents.

Karl Franz sended Valten himself to the dwarves, and with his charisma, Valten got dwarf king Thorgrim help.

Teclis offered some help to their humans allies on his free will.

The Bretonians were more reluctant to give an extra help. Nobody really knows what was offered to King Louen, but they didn't come alone! Athel Loren engaged some wood elves forces to the process.

Halflings and Pro elves had to jump in, as servant of the Empire.

Karl Franz decided to pay Tilean mercenarys and ogres mercenarys from Albion, sealing the whole Alliance of the Empire!
