“The Kittens welcomed the famous MSU Spartans for a highly anticipated ELF/EMU match. The Kittens brought a new flashy coin and used it to let the elves receive first.

Spartans were quick to form a defensive wall with expert precision and speed. The Kittens held back briefly but failed to take out any of the elves. The ref was very quick to catch the Spartan foul and threw the Dirty Player out on his second foul. The elves were never really threatened and scored midway through the half.

MSU (TD, T5)

Receiving the ball, the Kittens slowly advanced along the center. A swift hook was launched and the "Mom" the elf was killed with a vicious PAW. The elven apothecary reattached his head magically only to see if fly off next turn on a Kitty punch! Elsewhere, the elves were able to blunt most of the attack but still were faced with two kittens in TD range! The ball skittered away from the "Kitten-tosser" at the half.

Receiving the ball in the second half, the Kittens formed up very tightly and drove itself like a spear into the elven line. Frenzied paws, a boot or two, and the power of 8 Lives Left forced their way through the elves for a Kitten TD!

Kittens (TD, T12)

Receiving the ball, the elves formed a protective pocket around their star blitzer.... only to have the Kittens envelope the whole pocket! Failures in the back field led to the kittens pulling off a brilliant passing play to List da Fist who streaked his way in for a defensive TD!

Kittens (TD, T15)

The last ditch offense by the Elves failed to accomplish anything of note and the Kittens pulled off a third win against the vaulted ELF.

This was a great game. Steiner deserves credit as he limited the damage my team could accomplish and played his positioning well. Rematch anytime.
