“Morale was indeed low as the team recieved reports that Gone had been eaten by Werewolves whileon holiday. They had no players, no game plan, and no luck.
Opening block sawa one of ours SI and that was about that.
Just so we are clear...I have NO problems with T16 fouls ;) I myself rarely do them...but always smile when they are done to me. That said though...I DID foul when A stall at 3-0 was presented..always will ;)
I really should have had a bigger thought about keeping on with this team...3 niggles, low numbers, what was I thinking. Even a "team building" season will become unstuck wuth relagation, and I just don't see how they will win any games.
But WiserTime will hopefully return next game...maybe we will just try to make people remember us thru the CAS stats and start afresh in S16 ;)
It was rushed due to home trouble Rabid, but don't take my silence as an indicator, was cooking, cleaning, and just trying to put together one play...always fun and at no point was "hard feelings" ever close to entering the match.

This game was rushed, in part due to time constraints and due to lack of player numbers, and I am quite sure wasnt fun for either party. Oz because he was frustratingly "Elfed", and myself because my favourite player was killed(Try as I do, I cant help but get attached to the wee blighters), worse thing was I really deserved to lose him, up 3-0 and in position to make it 4-0 in the first half, I needlessly stalled 1 turn, to deny Oz any chance of a TD in the first half. Never listen to advice from spectators.. especially when drinking Rum. Funny thing is I never even saw the danger. Oz used his Blitz, then a block, and Var was down... BalladInUrgency strolling in and casually fouling him to death. I waited and thought, knowing the apoth would fail. Which it did. With the team riddled with Aging niggles, and Hall of Famer lost... I have my doubts as to whether I shall retain the team. Ah what the hell lets see how the season pans out. In a further indignity, Oz also took out my custom build Skink hunter, Concussing Cation for our game vs the Slumbering Skink.... Con Sarn it. Not really in the mood for a blow by blow account for this one..... suffice to say the team really did play quite well. Apologies for my 16th turn foul Oz, it did me no credit whatsoever, in my defense, my mind was clouded with alcohol, and thoughts that you had spent the whole game fouling my team to hell. Which on inspection of the replay was not the case, I swear I thought you had fouled in your last turn.. but of course you hadnt. Sincere apologies mate.... its not in my nature, and it wont happen again. Wow this conference seems full of some struggle street teams doesnt it.
On another note, Oz did what had to be done and bravely gave Gone and his collection of slippers their marching orders. A legend will be missed, a shame I never got to play against the great goat.
