After the Qualifiers I was left a flesh gollem and a zombie short... It was time to get some powers back and raise them once again.
It took long before our heroes found someone daring to play them, but the undead took the challenge.
Our heroes started as the receiving end, and what looked pretty good (good casualtie rolls), became a nightmare in the next turns.
Some bad rolls (scatters/skulls) got me in too a poor postition witch the undead could easily exploited.
They had no problem at all with knocking blodgers out (not only with tacklers) and the game was quickly set 0-1.
Our heroes scored a quick TD in the second drive (still first half) getting us to 1-1.
In the second half, lady fortune left the undeads for just a sec, knocking down the ball carier on GFI towards the end zone.
We managed to recover the ball, but a failed GFI stopped us as well.
End result 1-2 Undeads, bad luck on casualties, again 2 zombies gone :o(.
So much for recoverin.
