#6 Skellarantia – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#6 Skellarantia – Smashed Knee (NI)
#11 N'Askoria – Dead (RIP)
6th match in a row where a SilverCats player died and the apothecary failed. 6 in a row. Just try to imagine what that must feel like.
The game was even with both sides scoring in 1 or 2 turns each until the death ( on a blodger ) occurred towards the end of the first half and Pellets got a blitz with the ball landing right on their head and them scoring. After going a man down Silvercats never recovered (since they couldn't even stun the mighty av7 skaven). A niggle on another blodger further shafted the Silvercats and Pellets had an easy run of it. With SilverCats thrower rolling a 1 on his first dodge every single time, thus using up a reroll every time before he had even attempted a throw, the game was never going to end well for the Cats. Yet another double one on a 2+ dodge in turn 8 made sure they couldn't even get a consolation TD. Pellets on the other hand made every crucial roll and generally enjoyed some pretty damn good luck. a meaningless double skull in turn 6 reduced their luck percentage but a failed dodge on a 3+ in the next turn by the SilverCats ensured that Pellet's previous failed roll was meaningless.
Eurythmechanic seemed like a decent coach throughout the match, commiserating with me and saying he had experienced pain like it ( doubtful, but nice of hinm to say nonetheless ). That was until the end of the match when he had the cheek to complain about his luck when his ff didn't go up. With my turn 8 double 1 fresh in my mind, that really pi$$ed me off, especially after a match like that. Upon checking his teams stats I was further dismayed to find that his team's FF was 14 and that his team had won far fewer matches than the SilverCats, who have a FF of 11.
Try running with my luck for a while mate before you complain about yours. From this side of the fence yours looks pretty good to me.

EDIT His comment says it all.
