The players all put a fantastic performance in, with Rhodri putting the crunch into elfball with two fantastic blocks. His strike rate was very good, with an excellent strike rate, considering he made made a crucial stun as well. Unfortunately his performance was somewhat dampened after an embaressing trip on a failed dodge which knocked him out.
The Manc of the Match went to Mike Atherton for some fantastic passes, even though the crowd favourite went to David Lloyd who gave the friendly locals a taste of the Welshman Siriol Tangwyllt late on in the first half.
