Yes fans, this game has rounded out a perfect 7 win season for the Fossils who looked again like the winning team of several seasons ago. After 47 games and several times being “bridesmaids”, the Fossils finally have their first bit of silverware to put in the trophy cabinet.
This game was dogged by shocking weather once a blizzard moved in after the first touchdown. It seem the lack of long passing options really restricted the Norscia Bezerkers' offensive plans, allowing the sure footed lizard running game to dominate the play.
Turning point of the game was perhaps when Einarr blitzed Ballripper in his usual frenzy, only to be lead in a merry side-line dance and fining himself left exposed to a return blitz and crowd-surf. With the crowd badly hurting him, the Norscia had lost a key play maker and the game opened up for the Fossils.
On a sadder note, superstar tradesman Balldrinker II took a rough hit from Norams, smashing his hand leaving a niggling injury that many suggest may end the little fellows career. Perhaps the promotion to Premier will allow him another season. Perhaps.

it started with the 2 usless handcaps bonehead on star skink only for it to nig and not turn up and bribe the ref.
the first few turns saw the norse bash the Fast Fossils for a bunch of pushs and a simple pass go down(would have given Beowolf the spp needed for next level, he left the games shortly after to join Einarr in the BH bin.
The blizard killed any chance of a come back and the lizard went on the win a deserved win.
