Boy oh boy, was da Tribe outplayed here. It was much closer than the score looks though. Hthark and Morg both played.

First half saw the Knights maneuver their way to a T7 TD. Good play by Smashak here, making a switch from side to side with the slow moving Dorfs but somehow doing it faster than da Tribe could react. Da Tribe came close to a 2-turn equaliser before the half was over, but the needed string of dice didn't materialize.

Second half, da Tribe had our sights set on a quick TD and then to steal the ball to win before OT. The Knights had a larger bench, so we judged this the best chance to win. Trying to get potential scorers into position, one of the Blitzers made a snakes GFI, leaving the ball in the open. The Knights got there and picked up. Da Tribe blitzed the ball-carrier but failed to bring him down, and the Knights' BC set off for the end zone with the ball. Morg chased him and brought him down, but failed the pickup to secure the ball. The Knights then made a pretty string of dice to let the BC score 0-2. Da Tribe tried one more time to make a quick TD and hope for a miracle, but mostly failed and didn't bother much to defend against the 0-3 score.
