#1 Smash – Broken Neck (-AG)
#9 Son of Slinky – Smashed Hip (-MA)
The Dogders advance to a semi final clash with Domsters Chaos dwarves!
I think im happy, although looking at the ugly menacing squat bearded things im not so sure ;)

Uglyest world's Team 1 - 2 Smashy Dodgers

Gronan put up a brave fight and indeed from the first kickoff all went well for him.

He rolled useful handicaps that put my best suarus off the field and gave buzzing to his MB chaos warrior.
Winning the kickoff gronan got a touchback and quicksnap and promptly floored my LOS and the second row behind the LOS (damn i hate quicksnap :P)

My lizards spent the next 3 turns picking themselves up off the floor and struggling for position...
Seeing a space right in the middle of the field i blocked one chaos warrior out of the way and sent an unskilled saurus on a double GFI run and sacked the ball carrier, however, isolated Gronan fairly easily recovered the ball.
By having to send players back to retrieve the ball though this allowed me to stabilise my defence and get back on an even footing.

A few turn later the tables had well and truly turned and i managed to get my strip baller to hit the ball carrier.. this time with support. The ball went loose and my skinks broke away with it.
Some solid stalling action followed, for the 1-0 lead at half time, with 3 key Chaos players KO'd who crucially didnt come back for the start of 2nd half.
Sadly during my stall Smash got SI'd... and after a long thought and next match in mind i apothed but rolled a 1 :(

Kickoff 2nd half i certainly had the advantage. Gronan managed to get a tackle zone on the ball carrier, but a quick blitz freed him, and with Gronans players scattered i fairly easily ran down one flank and screened the carrier safely. Stalled for a few turns before i decided further stalling would hurt more than a new kickoff :P

Gronans players(with the KO's back) than did a very good attack, tieing up my blitzing suaris and going for a 2 turn score....

A chain block later... followed by 2GFI and the ball carrier came down though... with the game pretty much safe then i went to try and skill a skink but the pass was dropped, this allowed gronan to run in an easy score afterall.

With no injury time kickoff result all that was left was a turn each at next kickoff and fortunately nobody got hurt ;)

Was a GG Gronan, next time with a full strength team i think you could of run my lizards very close... bring on the chaos dwarves! unless they meet with an unfortunate accident on the way to the game...
Anyone know a good hitman?
