“A matchup that looked easy enuff on paper... But Skavens are allways tricky, Azure is no rookie coach, and in this game he basically outplayed me for the first 12 turns.
Only due to his ever dwindling numbers did I finaly get a firm hold of the ball in turn 13, I then decided to gamble... I was down 1-0, and Azure had very few players left on field... instead of going for the stall, I scored the TD right away, and handed the ball to SKAVENS with 3 turns left.
To my dismay all his KO's returned to play, and they were now 8 players against my 9 (at this point i was not so proud of my 'oh so bold' decision to gamble).
A failed 2+ rr dodge from a gutter runner changed this a bit, and in turn 16 I had the chance to score the winning TD, some good fortune with the dice in the end landed me a somewhat undecerved victory... A tie would have been a more 'fair' result.
