Last game of the season and I was keen to at least get a draw to avoid relegation... Mach thought he was in for a butt kicking but I wasnt so sure given he had higher TS than me and a handicap (thats if you believe the TS systems...)

So, I receive and proceed to do some early damage with a BH and a KO from memory... numbers soon became my advantage and then I fouled his Block Mino... and the Apoth failed and gave it its 2nd niggle... nice mino, but with 2 niggles thats it for him.

Then the CAS's started to flow and Mach realised he a) wasnt going to win and b) wasnt going to have a team. He graciously toughed it out after toying with conceding and I thank him for that as I was able to get a 2nd TD and yet more casualties.

Pain Feerique though had a field day getting away with 6 dirty fouls and once Mach said his team was retiring, I went to town and it became gruesome.

A 2/4/1 cas count is nasty and as the stats showed I fouled every 2nd turn... Mach fouled back (as I would have) and I realised that the best way to preserve players for the next season was to have them sent off... and in the end 2-3 guys were sent from the field, but the result was never in doubt from about T3.

Bad luck Mach, you copped a pasting in good spirits and good luck in teh draft next season. Don't forget, the Blind Eye can move to fringe where you can try and rebuild with some cherry picked recovery games.

Typical game to end a typical season.

Season 22 was not the season to be jolly for the Blind Eye of Odin.
