“The miners were not happy this day.
Long had they played blood bowl to relieve the stress of working and listening to uppity bosses. Unfortunately, Foreman Stewart insisted on playing, citing his ball handling and running skills. The miners were not impresses, but figured it was a good way to get into the game. After failing to pick up the ball twice, however, the miners had had enough. They let a high elf catcher of all people take him out. Threatened with kneecapping the apothecary if he performed his duties, the apothecary failed to save him. In the end, either fondly thinking on the departed or trying desperately to cover up their involvement, the miners elected Foreman Stewart MVP. Coach stinkytroll vowed never to take another Runner onto the pitch with these rough and tumble miners. I see that he has and that the lad not only picked up the ball but managed a touchdown. Good for him. Perhaps after the loss of Foreman Stewart, the miners realized the errors of their ways.
