#2 Hammer – Smashed Knee (NI)
“The first kickoff was a bad kick and was followed by a worse hit by that nasty orc Eddie - SI. The orcs brought the ball up, but Ferryrat snuck through enemy lines and smacked the ball carrier. RazzleRat then leapt over the defense and scooped up the ball. He handed it off to Tunnels who took a block without falling and then ran it over the touchline to score.
The next kickoff and Eddie did it again with a cas on the first block. The Rats could not get an Orc down and Fat Tony was unhassled throwing a pass to Mr Teeny. The Rats swamped Mr Teeny however and Quokkarocca eventually got him down. The ball went into the crowd and flew into free ground. Razzlerat did the collection duties again, and was immediately swamped by big fat orcs. He skipped free but was amazingly chased down by Cletus - with the ball falling straight into his greasy mitts. The mighty Hammer returned serve, leaving RazzleRat with an easy walk to the line - but the ball was fumbled and the turn ended at 1-0.
The second half started with a blitz by the Orcs, and it just went downhill from there as the Orcs decimated the Rats. Where they didn't knock the Rats down, they knocked themselves down. Lucky to get the draw.

Eddie off the bat smacked a rat and put him out for the game on turn one and it pretty much set the tone. There was not much the rats could do, and by the end of the match they were only fielding 5 players. Eddie being the meanest of the Orcs downing two rats, as well as Kirk Van Houten also downing two rats. In the end, though the wrap up was a 1-1 draw.
