“The dragoons started the season with a bang, downing the semifinalists stalkers in dominating fashion. The star receiver of the dragoons etheros, quickly made penetration on the stalkers, and managed a very lucky grab at the downed ball, for a 1-0 early led. But it seems the Stalkers couldn't get started, and over the next possession fumbled deep in their territory. And again etheros was there to capitalize. the stalkers attempted to rally early in the second half, and had decent field position, but a smothering defense led by str 4 receiver Bel-selion stopped the drive and several failed pick-ups later, ertheros was there for the hat-trick.
the final drive allowed the stalkers to come within a foot of the endzone, alas it was not to be, for the ghoul tripped on the half-line mark, resulting in (you guessed it) a etheros touchdown.
their opponent defeated, the honorable high elves allowed the stalkers to score in the dying minutes of the game.

bad luck all around for overdose, i have too felt my share of it! (last season:4 dead elves in 4 games w/apoth) But a good start for the dragoons.

let hope 7 league points don't separate overdose and myself from a playoff spot!!!!”
