“The game started off with Doom and Gloom for the DFC. This was mainly down to two reasons. Firstly former team captain Scabwell McNasty was not on the field following his retirement and secondly new team capt ( apointed by first team coach Scabwell McNasty) Dirty 'Arry was displaying his lucky underpants for the entire team. Unfortunatly the DFC original has been wearing the same pair of pants since day one of his DFC career , refusing to change or clean them they are now attached to 'Arry. There are some rumors that the chaos god Nurgle is sending his followers to harvest 'Arry due to the fact at least 4 new diseases have spawned from his underpants.
Regardless of this the DFC took a good victory with Dirty 'Arry himself sailing down the field following a long bomb from Thump Den Go Splat. A fantastic and rare TTM from the DFC just left the second half to a nice long grind up the field. Lethal Max picked up 3 injuries with his boot. This silenced many critics who felt the DFC could not continue without Scabwell McNasty's trained boots on the field.
