#16 Grib – Serious Concussion (-AV)
One of the best games. I dont know why, cause it was horrible, but still. Maybe (most probably) it was my opponents attitude. But lets see what happened.

After 2 turns of good blocking (almost only POWs and even a Hob went out) the dice realized that they are on the wrong side (with me, that is). So I quickly got a CW KOd and then another MNGd. With siffmodes positioning + making ANY roll he needed it was impossible to go through his lines. The ball hit the field many times from my hand, as binD (AG4 Beast) was trying to re- and regain it. Finally one BC got bored of it, picked up and scored in two turns, running unreachable.

In this two turns the dice returned to me. I KOd another Hob and BHd still another. (But of course, when it didnt help at all.) Add that both KOd Hobs remained KOd and my CW came back. 11-8 on my side.

"Tough" siffmode said, as had to protect the ball.
"We will see" I said.

And yes, I am a foreseer. First block of 2nd half -AVd Grib (Beast), and another KOd another Beast. Next turn another. 8-8...

From that point there was no hope for me, as I insisted not rolling any POW on ball carrier SSBlodger Bon Scott on repeated 2d blocks, WHILE my opp was rolling POW on 1d almost constantly.

Next kickoff I could not hide the ball from 10 space moving Gene Simmons (provided that most of my players were Prone due to 1d blocks on them) and of course the BCs blitz was not a doublepush.

Actually, siffmode was rolling doubleskulls and doublepowskulls with non-blocker, but when rerolled it always changed to POW (never to Push).

Honestly, Block skill helped him a lot, so I am not THAT upset by the good blocking scheme he shown.

Ah, and the game-end: as per fun I blocked the SSBlodger in turn 16 and it was KOd!!! I just went crazy... I never rolled a POW on it so far, and at the absolutely pointless time he went out...

Why I think I still enjoyed the game highly was that I always felt that there is a chance for me to make a good action.
UNLESS my opponent makes ALL the 4-5+ dodges and 1d blocks (where I have to go down, which was 50% chance) he needs. He did so, so I was never succesful, but it was nice to watch how things can work (for others...).

And my opponent was just the right fellow to deploit the situation with nice coaching, so that I could even like the game.

(OK, and I just loved that the -AVd Beast was the one with Niggling, and was meant to take Cas that would hurt more if it was taken by another, non-injured player + I got an income to buy the 4th CW AND an APO)
