Celebrating out 100th match in the SWL!

We received in the first half, and thanks largely to the fact that 3 players were out for the match (niggled), were able to move up the field fairly comfortably. Things were not entirely comfortable I must say, some very gutsy defensive work by Mordor saw the ball carrier knocked out, just shy of the score line. Fortunately, we were able to secure the ball, once again, and score in turn 7. With just two turns for the Norsemen to score, we were able to hold of a touchdown, and went into the second half with a lead.

Half time score: 1-0

Outnumbered in the second half, the norsemen had trouble getting too far up the field. It took time, and a bit of luck, but we were able to get a hold of the ball, and take it in for a touchdown in turn 6. To rub it in, an intercept prevented a turn 8 touchdown for the Bezerkers, and instead gave us a third, possibly undeserved, touchdown.

A triumphant game all round, and the girls are bound to be out partying late into the night!

A madman if ever we saw one! This bezerker made some crazy dodges in the first half, not only getting to the ball carrier, but knocking her out cold.

Got in on the action all match. Put some pressure on the ball in the first half, knocked out Ball Dasha early in the first half, and played well all match

Kept the girls honest. with their other tacklers out of play early on Atonis was a critical player all match, and did a great job of drawing attention away from the other players.
