A rematch against a solid human team was on tap for the first round of the playoffs and so the hobbits sent out a call for help...and Deeproot answered the call. With three trees on the pitch, it was a good day for the hobbits! In the first half, behind the stout blocking of the triple trees, the humans were quickly escorted off the field (Deeproot picked up 2 CAS). We stalled and scored on T8. Some humans returned, but not enough to even the odds and after giving up a quick score, we took control and bashed the humans off the field and scored on T16 for the victory! This victory moves us into the semifinals and increases our stomp record to 7/2/7.”
