“7th match vs Orcs (Eat your Greens!): A very good win with only 6 Alps on the pitch in the end. Rogier got Ko'd by a rock in their first drive, but that didnt scare off the Alps. Their thrower failed to pick up the ball and the Alps came rushing in. The scared thrower picked up the ball but failed to throw it, Klaas blitzed him, Virgil picked up the ball, 1-0. A touchback caused the ball to land in the hands of an Black Orc. A very slow rush to our td line followed, the Alps defended with their lives, but in the last seconds of the half they managed to score 1-1. Only 8 Alps reported for the 2nd half, and our drive. Jaap picked up the ball and threw it to Virgil who was told to rush passed the orc defence. But he was too scared of all their big green faces, and rightfully so. A fake rush by Steffan managed to lure a lot of orcs, but he was instantly KO'd. So the Alps used their movement to rush to the other side of the pitch. A bold move and the defending Alps were quickly bashed. Virgil staring at 3 green faces, swallowed and dodged away for a final rush, alone. Their orc tackler blitst and downed him. But when he saw the orc stumbling over his feet after this move he didnt hasitate, he picked up the ball, ran for his life and managed to stay on his feet 2-1. The orcs had 3 turns to even the score against 6 Alps. Virgil and Kees miracoulously dodged throught the orc defence and KO'd their thrower. Kees almost managed to throw the ball to Virgil to make 3-1 but it failed. A very good match by Virgil.
