“An elven clash for this match... and both sides had a point to prove. The high elves sneered at these almost barbaric woodland savages... whilst the wanderers were taken back by the ego that these high elves displayed.

The crowd expected a show of dexterity, quick play, and athletic feats... instead the Txaperos de Guetxo team took on a much more aggressive approach... landing Dei Blackcurrant straight into the SI box early on in the match, while a Txaperos de Guetxo fan took a disliking to Sri Eaglefriend, and promptly threw a rock at the poor elf, knocking him face down.

The Wanderers tried to disrupt the high elf power play, but eventually Drill'thitz Trithrdell intercepted the ball and made a dash for the endzone.

However, the Wanderers came back well, with some nifty footwork and some superb passing play. This was despite the pouring rain which was lashing down, which later turned into a blizzard!

Sri Eaglefriend made some excellent pickups while his team mates poured forward, giving him a wealth of targets to choose from, which the high elves tried to cover. However, after levelling through Asi Deeproot, the Wanderers had the advantage as the Txaperos de Guetxo side had three of their players KO'd... and just when they needed numbers in this crucial stage of the match.

Fei Redberry completed a move that made it 2-1, and the hgh elves found it very difficult to come back from this.

Overall a good game, but many Txaperos de Guetxo fans lost heart at losing to these tree living savages, and won't be back next time.
