Ok Season so far...Norse up 44 TR - Lost, Dorfs up 42 TR - Lost, Ogres up 39 TR - Lost ( Ogres ? your kidding? Nope ) and now Skaven....68 TR?????????? Geebus wept and Nuffle laughed and gathered his tears. What the hell is going on this season. Are we back in DSL?

Right, well there just Skaven we can even this up in a hurry if we have a crack a it yeh, thatll do, we give em a touchup and we back on even terms.

'Um boss Deys too fast to goves em touch up!'

Pretty much summed it up. I smacked heaps and got some cas but i couldnt stop the speedster and a mistake on what turn i was on saw me set up dumb against the one turner and that was that. Plus that Rat Ogre is a FREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kill it Kill it Kill it!! Someone Kill it!!

Oh and again no virus on the team it would have helped out crap loads on. I just cant get handicaps worth a darn.

#2 Ol' Man Damo – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST)
#3 Dangerous Darren – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#3 Dangerous Darren – Broken Neck (-AG)
50th game for the Blitz, saw a relatively green orc team face down the boys from Blackwater. Handicaps were "Doom and Gloom", "Knuckledusters", and "Duh, where am I?"

The Skye boys got the early casualty care of the Knuckledusters, but the drive soon was turned around by a very laterally moving Rat Ogre, who forced that ball up which was pounced upon by the veteran to open the score on turn 6.

A bad kick saw Trip'Em capitalise and equal the scores on turn 8, but Quiet Mike (who had had a quiet game up to that point), caught the greenskins flatfooted for a one-turn-touchdown. In what would be ultimate difference between the teams - Mike scored our 100th TD, and picked up his 3rd skill, with a one-square push.

Half time (2-1)

The second half saw a protected sliding cage enable Disco Dan to pick up a second, and put the game seemingly out of reach.

A blitz for the blitz on the kick off however, enabled the Krushars to envelope the rats, and bring the difference back to just the 1 score - with excellent farming adding 3 skills to their team arsenal in the process.

The final drive saw the Skye team set defensively for the OTT, which was replied to by the 9 man skaven offense, with a sliding cage. Only 4 turns for the drive which was over shadowed by a snap blizzard - finished with the backfield seeing out the clock safely with no more heroics attempted.

Final Score (3-2)

The apothecary report was brilliantly written, highlighting the fact the the thrower with DP, will not be too impacted by the -ST, and the LOS specialist still holds tackle zones, even though he has added a -AG to his mis -MA and Niggle.

I can't help though, thinking if the apoth spent more time finding a roll other than a 1 - he'd have less work to do writing up his injury reports.

Twahnlows
3 points - Trip'Em II, Awesome game (2 CAS and a TD), tough luck about the first game age/niggle.
2 points - Toss'Itt, Went for a run, and proved difficult all day with his guarding skills.
1 point - Roll'Up, picked up the second score.
