SUPERBOWL!

It all came down to this game - Chicago Bares with an incredible regular season had stormed into the playoffs...but needed to win back to back coin tosses to advance as the NFC Champs. Some called them pretenders - but others looked at their undefeated regular season and saw they were clearly the most worthy of opponents. Against them stood (or wobbled) the thrall army of Kansas City. Having lost 2 of their vampires on route to the AFC title, the outlook was grim...but robbing the grave of Chicago star Mike Singletary - a new vampire lord arose to serve us for the game. Even with the vampire lord...Kansas City was some 37 TS point underdogs for the game.

The game started off well for Kansas City - as the LOS of Chicago was knocked down and the boots started to land. Chicago moved up the rest of their players - but this exposed their skinks...soon enough the pitch was soaked in blood - the fouling never stopped and quickly the apothecary was used...and still the vampires were relentless searching for blood. At halftime it was 1-0...and Chicago was starting to fall dangerously low on players.

The second half was even worse for Chicago - the lack of players quickly did them in. The big sauras were tied up by thralls...the skinks picked apart by the vampires...and anytime something hit the ground it was fouled. The taste for blood was so strong that even with just a few lizards left moaning on the ground, Kansas City in a feeding frenzy continued to boot, kick, scrap, bite and claw - the flesh of the dying lizards scattered over the pitch.

The suburbs of Chicago were raided for virgins and after the game and Larry Johnson, David Macklin and Mike Singletary bathed in their blood - a truly glorious end to the season for the underdog Vampires.

-------
A rough game for Wraith - the dice were against him and he had a short bench - we abused that weakness to the max and it gave us the edge throughout the game. Thanks for the game and good luck rebuilding!
