“Elf on Elf match. Handicap was Illegal Drugs, giving propuppetmaster a Str4 AG5 Blodge Sidestep Blitzer!
propuppetmaster started in offence, and scored after about 4? turns and we stalled out the half before scoring a reply. Was a tough score for both teams with defensive pressure being applied strongly. The ProElfsionals lost the ball temporarily but got it back.
Both drives for the half saw the ProEflsionals' fans through a rock (KO and stun) to help them along too which was nice.
The second half saw the ProElfsionals start in offence, and they scored quickly (3 turns?) and were rewarded with a short kick on the weak side yielding a Blitz!
propuppetmaster applied the defensive pressure, but couldn't get the ball free on his first attempt (4 dice, not Pows on my Blodger) and we pulled the ball over to the other side of the pitch and scored for a 3-1 lead.
On the next drive, propuppetmaster put the ball behind the LOS and we got a one dice blitz on the ball carrier, getting a Skull/Pow and knocking him down.
Some great dodge rolls got us onto the ball with a Dump Off Catcher, but we made a mistake with our Dump-Off target, giving his NOS Catcher an intercept chance (5+ with reroll) and we lost the ball (whoops!).
propuppetmaster advanced the ball deep but failed his GFI score attempt, but the ball was too far away from the ProEflsionals to pick up. We put a TZ on the ball, but we were one dice blitzed away and he made the TD (3+, 2+ 2+ with no reroll so not unreasonable).
With 2 turns left, the ProEflsionals advanced and had some players in scoring position who were heavily marked. A Dodge Sidestepper was in the way, and after several blocks on him didn't get him down, we decided not to try a score involving 3+ dodges and a GFI with no reroll even though we had the Dodge skill.
Dump-Off was used again to keep the ball safe from being stolen and we got the win.

A fun game against a fun coach. Casualties and KOs were amazing low for AV7, though my opponent did have a GFI BH midway through the first half heh.
The Rocks and Blitz! helped my cause quite a bit so I certainly cannot complain about the luck.
Look forward to a rematch sometime.”

Malthor is a very good coach who takes very effiecient turns. So what is an elf to do but elfy stuff!!
I never had so much fun trying to scoot around well defended guys with minimal sucess but it was too much fun to pass up.
The most important thing i learned during this match is that playing safe and defensive and not going after the ball or really applying pressure just robs you of futre crazy moves!!
Malthor told it how it is as far as the game goes. I can tell you that FF came in handi this game and is something that is very important to build on every team.
I also look forward to playing Malthor who has played her for a long time and has some great teams and still loves the game and chatting with people during it.”
