The Wolves started in offence, and got a double skulls early and used their RR, but still tried a pass up near the LOS. A 1 came up on the catch, and we were fortunate enough to make the 3+ pickup, dodge, and 3+ pass to steal the ball and eventually score.

My opponent got a bit of a lucky score with a 4+ hand off, 3+ leap, 2+ dodge (with dodge reroll) and GFI to equalise the scores.

However, we were able to control the ball and pitch as we had some amazing injury results - 3 RIPs and a fair few KOs. My opponent got an astounding amount of POWs on my Blodgers, way more than 11/36, was like 5 in 6, but despite this luck, he didn't get anything more than a single KO and a few stuns for most of the match (his two injuries on me were very late in the game) so I had the numerical advantage to help me win the match.

Oh, I also had a Perfect Defence on his opening drive which helped me too.

Cruel game for him, nice result for my team with 3 players skilling up, and two others reaching 15 SPP.”
