“Our 1st game in OCCS' Orcland Wooden Shield 12/09.

We had to reload a few times at half time, more on this later.

So in the first half (which you probably can't see) I started losing a few rats to BH and KO, but luckily nothing permanent. I ried my best everyturn at getting the ball from his hands to mine. It worked sometimes, I almost managed a TD that way, but I did a couple blatant mstakes. In the very last turn he took his opportunity and made an across-the-field play and surprised me with a TD. 1-0 for him at half-time and a few of my players out.

So I ot Touchback, decided to gve it to stormvermin. Moved my thrower and... wait, end turn? My turn ended right there. Still don't know why (see my blog). He insisted on reloading, so we did. And so it starts at half-time.
1st reload : I need to throw it back at the line. No problem. Double-1 (includes RR).
2nd reload : Pitch nvasion! 3 players stunned on each side.
3rd reload : touchback to the stormvermin. Good. I push a beast aside and storm in with my runners that cage the stormvermin with the ball (well, trying at least). He placed his players in a way which prevented me from stalling safely. Oh well, my team will have to hold. 1-1 with almost the whole half remaining.

So his possession, he slowly moves forward. I try my best at breaking through his cages to get the ball, but get pushed back everytime (usually getting a few players KO/stunned in the process). I pulled some lucky plays just to put myself in the way of the ball, I was really outclassed. In the end he started advancing faster as I lost players, and even with all my luck I didn't manage to stop him.
