“(meant to type this up last night but it was late and I was very tired....)
Fun match against a fun coach, this was our third match against one another. This one started off with my team fumbling the first pickup. It seems that giving a Beastman Sure Hands hasn't fixed that problem :) I threatened to start flogging players when Baron Terrax dropped a pass. Seriously, Baron, what good is AG 4 if you are going to roll 1s? Oh yeah, he also rolled a 1 on a dodge late in the game that could have scored a second TD. And to add insult to injury, he broke his armor on the fall and was stunned for a turn which removed any chance he had of scoring. All in all, the team held it together long enough to keep the Ogres at bay and score a single TD. Zoebugs also helped remove his own snotlings by throwing them all over (and off) the pitch. The funniest was a snotling bounce that injured himself both on the landing and the scatter into the crowd (both were BH). By the start of the 2nd half, it was only Ogres left, but they put up enough of a fight to keep us out of the endzone a 2nd time. The Boneheads were coming in clumps, but most of them weren't at crucial junctures. And even when they were, the Elementals would manage to screw something up. Basicly, it was a lot of bumbling and stumbling around, with some falling down, knocking down, and being thrown around mixed in. Good times for all :)
The -ST ogre came on a foul. Coach Zoebugs opted not to use the apothecary, though now I'm thinking he wished he had. Still, I understand the reasoning at the time, protect the skilled Ogres. It just hurts to have to replace a 140k player.
Thanks for the fun game, and I look forward to our next one.”
