“Yale - Game 7:

After 2 straight failures, Yale entered this game desperate for a change...Virginia Tech was coming off their first loss of the season - and so the fans were in for a blockbuster of action. As long as the orcs were looking, their armor held (our blocks could only stun) - but a nasty kick from Boy Sue would have killed a Black Orc if not for their apothecary...and then a Black Orc later was running and the sight of a pretty female orc in the stands distracted him and he tripped and died on the pitch. Rumors that it was Yale students who dressed up as a hot Orc girl are just flat wrong - we would never stoop to such levels!

The action was fierce with Yale receiving and going the length of the field. Virginia Tech had a chance at the end of the half, but could not convert. In the second half, Virginia Tech scored fast and then got a perfect defense...the game was in the balance, but Yale managed to recover and handoff to Jason Reeds who raced through the middle of the defense to score. Only two turns remained and Virginia Tech had a chance again - but again their last ditch effort feel short.

A fun tough and competitive game - until we meet again!”
