This was the 3rd episode of Twin Peaks' 2nd E.L.F. season, and it was an exciting high flying affair. Elves and Gutter runners were dodging all over the place, throwing themselves at the ball. Other rats were using their speed to harass my Wood Walkers and assist their fellow Ratz. Remin Flesh-Cutter took an ugly spill when he failed a dodge out for the ball, and the apothecary was so stunned he failed to save him. This led to our first score. Syneosis played tough defense and a possible score at the end of the half was prevented when I failed to get a push on a 2-die block. Scored in the 2nd half after a lot of pressure, and couldn't prevent the answering score. But managed to tack on a third one with the Wardancer as time was running out. The Mafra Ratz set up for a 1 turn TD with their Side Stepper, but the weather changed to a Blizzard (after 2 other changes to just good weather over the entire game) and cast extra Martin Clearbone knew to take a dive on the blitz that would have allowed the Side Stepper to get within range. The Ratz took it out on the other cast extra, Tristan Hideousfist, but everyone avoided Major Briggs.

The producers came through nicely on the profits and the ratings were up (4 on the winnings roll, +FF). Even better, no permanent cast members were injured, meaning we will have a full cast next episode, with a new member!

This game also marks the end of the E.L.F. Sprint! 20 games with a new elf team, no games against other elves \o/
