#5 Wym Fleurdelis – Serious Concussion (-AV)
#19 Brian Dirtysnake – Dead (RIP)
#20 Nicholas Weakspike – Fractured Leg (MNG)
All the Elves' promises to improve their defense were forgotten before the game had even begun. Much to the amazement of their Chaos Dwarf opponents, they set up for a brilliant offensive drive – when they were actually supposed to kick the ball. By the time they realized their mistake, the Colliders were already doing what they do best: Cutting a bloody swathe through the opposition, taking the entire first half to score an effortless touchdown.
A feeble attempt to break through the opposing lines early in the second half was stopped dead in its tracks, giving the Colliders plenty of time to score their second touchdown and break a few more Elves while they were at it. All in all, it seems highly unlikely that the PFAA will be able to improve their game – not unless one of them can be bothered with actually picking up the rulebook and acquiring at least a passing familiarity with the basic rules of the game.

Twahnlows:

3: #3 Alice: Prevented the equalizer, taking Brittle out of the game in the process.
2: #1 Atlas: Kicked off the festivities by head-butting an opponent into the infirmary in the first turn.
1: #12 zino: Brave little hobgoblin, sealed the win with his touchdown in the second half.

Eager to prove themselves after the verbal barrage heap upon them from Coach Higgs after the last effort, the Colliders were bemused to find the targets for their next round of big hits. As the girly men stepped on to the pitch Coach Higgs slumped into his bench in disappointment, would he never prove his theory? A few ales will solve this problem.

Well at least the Colliders got some good practise for the real thing, unfortunately for the elves it left their ranks somewhat depleted.

Twahnlows
3. Hoarand S. Mohawk, for stepping up and putting in some resistance to the slaughter
2. Geronimo of Pon Fhar, likewise braving barrage
1. Brittle the Aptly Named, foolish or suicidal, decided to take the ball for the team.
