“Speed Skills won the coin toss and chose to receive. Karril started the game in bloody fashion, badly hurting an Elf Lineman. Kingston followed up by fouling Zoe Washburne, an Elf Blitzer's who sidestepped into the "No Elf Zone." Zoe was seriously injured and the Apothecary could do nothing to help her. The Ref caught Kingston in the act and threw him out of the game immediately. Firefly Firecrackers sent players around to surround the Skaven forces. Tang the ball carrier for SS felt the pressure and ran forward to make a quick pass to Remy who was already waiting in a cage.

Remy fumbled the catch and the ball bounced in between three players inside the cage. An Elf Catcher picked up the ball in two tackle zones and threw a quick pass to his fellow Catcher in a preset cage. A Linerat failed a block a turn later and the Elves were off to the races. Storm Vermin, Karril was angry and he took his frustrations out on Kaylee Frye. Kaylee had been the one that stole the ball from under his team's nose. A savage chop to the upper body of the frail Elf sent her tumbling to the ground writhing in agony. Karril would get his claws on another Elf and badly hurt him also. Inara Serra watched in horror and she decided to score to hopefully cool off the furious Rat.

SS received midway through the first half and a Gutter Runner ran up the left side of the field. The Elf defense pressed the Skaven offensive line and the lone Runner was tackled by a Blitzer. SS was not to be deterred and Tang found an open Maus. He handed the ball off and Maus sped up the right side of the field. An Elf Catcher caught him and made a big take down sending the ball out of bounds. The fans threw it towards midfield where an Elf Lineman picked it up. His Coach yelled for him to punt the ball but he couldn't hear through the roar of the crowd.

Karril sped to him like a torpedo and knocked him out. Coach Niebling pointed to Karril and stated, "That guy is on my hate list." Puck picked up the ball and attempted to hand it off to Remy. For the second time in the game, Remy failed to hold on to the ball ending his team's chances of scoring. FF had a shot to take a commanding lead when their Catcher easily picked up the ball in a tackle zone. He dodged away and launched a long pass to a Lineman. Donatello leapt into the air and batted the ball high. On the way down, he rolled and caught the ball for a clutch interception to end a very exciting half.

FF received in the second half but they only had six players against ten. Being Elves that was more than enough to score with. They quickly went into their offense trying to put this game away early. Inara Serra was given the ball again as she was a Blodging specialist. She ran up the right side of the field flanked by her teammates. SS scrambled and trapped the Elf offense while Puck and Remy went around the side. Remy rushed in and wrestled Inara to the ground causing the ball to be dropped. Unfortunately it bounced towards the other Elven players and they were not able to recover it.

The Elven drive up the right side of the field was stuffed by the Skaven players. FF decided to reset their offense and had Saffron run back towards their end zone. Malcolm Reynolds blasted his way out of the pack and got one space away from the goal line. Saffron felt the pressure on her and knew she had to make a move. She ran forward and threw a perfect long bomb that had the crowd up in shock. It was caught by Malcolm but Remy was right behind him. The persistant Runner made another clutch play and wrestled Malcolm to the ground. Maus recovered the ball but not for long as Malcolm tackled him sending the ball flying towards the SS end zone.

Puck dodged away and grabbed the ball. SS put him in a half a cage with the sidelines covering the other side. Like a little brother that wouldn't go away, Malcolm was right behind them. The Blitzer dodged in and tackled Puck sending the ball next to him. The Wishmaster was sick and tired of Malcolm so he had his team crowd him by the sidelines. Malcolm was thrown out of bounds to the relief of all the Skaven players, coaches and fans. With the annoying Blitzer sitting on the bench, Remy sped up the field. He would run in the game tying touchdown just as time ran out in regulation.
