In the second, the Beard Co protected the ball well and it looked as though Brittle would take it in for a second score, but two blitzes from mercenary Zara the Slayer kept Denver out of the endzone. Zara abandoned her dagger -- which failed against the Beard Co armor at least four times and just went back to the good old traditional smash mouth game to hold the Beard Co to one score.
