“The grappling epidemic met the pretty boy Nodsjo Dodgers on the field of honor today. The game started as one would expect for the epidemic on defense against some tricky elves. The elves score in 2 turns but the epidemic started to rack up some injuries and ko's.

The epidemic received the kick and moved down the field, but were continually seperated from the ball, despite the dwindling number of elves. After a somewhat improbable blitz by the dodgers on T8 the epidemic was left with a short pass for a touchdwon which the rotter unfortunately fumbled.

Second half started with the epidemic getting the ball once again up 11 - 8 players. They moved down field and once again were victimized by a very improbably blitz -- some nice dodging and gfi work for the elves (without a reroll). Hornicus Horriblus went down and the ball bounced right into the hand of the dodging catcher polsteri -- who caught the ball on a 6+, and then proceeded to make a 5+ and 3+ dodge (again without rerolls) to clear the scrum and run out for the score. A 2 - 0 loss for the epidemic that should have at least been a draw. Yes nuffle, we here you laughing all the way to the bank with that elvish gold . . .
