“Almost certainly the hardest game that I have played in a long time, and it was great to have the win at the end of it. There was an almost score in turn 8 of the first half, with my players literally just a couple of squares away from the line. Alas, bad passing at that point meant there was truly little that could have been done. With the uber stunty goblin gone very quickly, it also led to a slight problem of no dodgy players to nip in and out of the way. However, with casualties taken in the last few parts of the game, the situation looked to be a nil-nil draw looming. Then, some lucky dodges and a pass meant that a td was scored in the very very final turn of the game.

A great game, and a great opponent. I would happily play the guy once more”
