Curse of the elves - too many 1s. The Blitz! when I was kicking didn't help either. Well, didn't help the elves. The Hu-Maniax made the most of their opportunities, including getting out of a nice little jam that the Falcons got us into when Rico 'Suave' decided to bobble his first passing attempt. Fortunately he made the 2nd one when it counted for the score. Too bad about Shinzo 'Samurai', his RIP happened too early in the game for me to want to risk the apothecary on him. And he was already injured from a previous game (-AG) so I let him go. He did go out with a nice CAS though, and didn't take the MVP. That went rightfully to the Hero, Richard Hogans.
Fun game against a nice coach. Good luck with the team, mjpb. They are coming along nicely. I was just 'elfed' in my previous game, I'm sure you'll 'elf' someone in your next one. Rematch anytime.
Update: Shinzo 'Samurai' Yamada was the team's first ever RIP, and for that matter, the first ever player to leave the roster for any reason. He will be remembered.”
