“The Raiders bad run continues but it was a very close game and some more reasonable ko recovery rolls and ko table results for us could have given a respectable result.
First half the score got to 2-2, a riot giving an extra turn. All tds were narrowly taken by both sides, and it was fun and challenging play. We did though escape a blitz as Skratz's big hand got us out of trouble. Our first td was made when having to escape a scrum to pass over to the opposing flank. The Elves required some neat blocking and dodge in their scoring turns, the 2nd was made by a whisker requiring several rolls. Vilit also was sent off after a gang foul to briefly ko an Elf blitzer. Second half none of our ko'd rats returned as with the first half. Then the Elves quickly took another 2 out and then we didn't have much chance down on numbers. We fought on gamely and took some of them out but it wasn't enough so their cage held.”
