“The kingpins were modernized today! Literally twice as many serious injuries from this match as EVERY other game combined! Even Cat, the Turks catcher managed to badly hurt a Montallegro, the knucklehead! As a note, Allesandro was hurt by Morg, while Marco was fouled by Diego. Lex Trapani caused the remaining two serious injuries against Federico Favara and Edoardo Montallegro.

But recieving in the first half let the Kingpins get a 1-0 lead, and with their deep bench, they kicked evenly matched 9v9 in the second half. Rocella marched down, and a double skull blitz by the Godfather allowed them to score early enough to try for the win.
But Montallegro launched Licatta deep into Rocella's end aiming for a 2 turn touchdown. Of course the Golem stunned himself before Luca could be covered so Rocella blitzed him down.. only to trip trying to protect the ball! The Godfather himself blitzed the only Turk on the ball, picked it up, went for it twice and scored!
Then Blitz! The Kingpins lured Rocella into an all out attack on the north and kicked south! With a lucky blitz by Tommaso to free the ball Pietro scored his second touchdown of the match!
With two turns left, Rocella put a very solid screen forward, and Cat Montallegro made a BEAUTIFUL pass to put the ball forward.. only to have the follow up hand off flubbed! The Golem put a tackle zone on the ball, Luca covered it as well when BAM! a lightning bolt drops from the heavens to drop the giant golem! Luca was easily smashed to the ground.. and then the pick up failed! The Godfather grabbed the covered ball and gave it to Sofia San Martino.. who passed to Pietro Montallegro cherry picking in the Rocella back field! Pietro catches and waltzes in, doing a victory dance to celebrate his cherry picking sk-Splat. Trips on the goal line and fails to score the hat trick. But the crowd loved his arrogant pelvic dance and named him MVP to promote him to soldier anyway!

Gabriele Montallegro also achieved associate status after passing the ball to the Godfather in the first half. Lorenzo "Big Zo" San Martino earned the MVP for Rocella, and has been promoted to soldier.

The Kingpin locker room is full of speculation - how do they play a game where the opponent does NOT have morg and helmut and a wizard and and and... for almost 450k of the team is out for the next game.
