“First Half:
Opponent received and maximized their blocks to good effect as our players were being carted off the field - but did not protect the ball and we stole it for a defensive score. Then more blocking by our opponent removed more elves, but the ball was left all alone so we grabbed it again - but failed our gfi so we could not go up 2-0.

Second Half:
The human strategy of bashing us to gain numbers advantage worked very well as we were down to just 1 catcher, 1 blitzer and 4 linemen left. We snaked our first action - so that lead to the turnover and 1-1 score. We had another chance, with the humans bashing away, we had a shot to streak our catcher downfield - but snaked the gfi next to the goal line for a KO. The humans did not really go after the ball, so even with just 4 players left, we were able to recover the ball - but alas, the humans got the POW on the blitz and the ball was free. They moved it downfield, but instead of scoring spent time blocking away (killing one of our players) - and then with no RR, failed their gfi - but got lucky to recover and score on T16.
