“A tale of 2 halves. In the first half Chess with Death received the kickoff and quickly worked themselves into a 11 - 8 advantage with Thanatos (the man of the match) picking up the ball from the seriously injured Hades ("where is the throwers hip socket, anyone, anyone!) and running into a safe corner near the endzone for a T8 score.

The second half saw the reverse with the Hammers quickly turning an 11 - 8 deficit into an 8 - 8 scrum. After 4 turns of repeated blitzes from Death's blitzers, Thanatos completed a pick up (with a RR) and hand-off to the midfield lurking Charon, who sprinted into the open (2 successful gfi's). After the Hammers responded with 2 gfi's of there own to put a tackle zone on Charon, one of his fellow bonemates completed a gfi blitz that pushes back the clingy Hammer slayer, making way for Charon's sprint (2 gfi) run into the endzone.

Fortunately for Chess with Death the Hammers brought along there elven armor in the first half. Well played Drrek, rematch anytime.”
