In the first half, the phantoms kicked to the lovely ladies of Termo Pilas. The plan was to play solid defense, and try to work for a tie in the second half. It was no surprise that the beasts were unable to bring down the skilled amazon team. The surprise was that the ladies were unable to do any damage to the Nurgle squad either.

Near the end of the first half, Napoleon was able to come away with a lose ball, dodge, go for it twice, and score.

This meant that the plan for the second half changed. Sure, I would score if there was an opening to try to put the game away, but I had a better chance to protect the ball and stall out a win. In the end, that is exactly how it worked out as the amazons were unable to dig the ball out of the scrum.
