“Kondor finally got a rematch against Coach Azure. Azure had beaten him badly long ago. Now at least Kondor hoped to show improvement.

Honestly, the game went much better than expected. Kondor still felt that he was outplayed, but at least he did not take the 3-0 drubbing as in the last match up.

The entire game was played in the rain and mud with Kondor wasting all three rerolls in the first half simply picking up the ball. Still, after a good bit of luck he was able to break a blitzer free for the score.

The second half saw Azure make a textbook drive down the feild eventually scoring with the elf. Still it was snyones game and there was time for someone to pull ahead. Some poor play in the early part of the drive by Kondor made it look like this one was going to Azure. As the chaos squad closed in, the norse runner managed to pick up the ball and hand it off where the ball was pushed downfield.

Still outmanned, the norse were surrounded and it looked like the Chaos squad would pull off a win. The chaos turn 8 bomb was intercepted leaving the same glimmer of hope. Unfortunately, they could not pull off the miracle as the bomb fell harmlessly to the earth.
