“A fun back and forth game with some amazing (both good and bad) luck at the end of each half. Down 1-2, we just needed a 2+ with RR dodge, or a few blocks to score. We quad skulled as our first action and the half ended. In the second half, we then gave up a defensive TD and were behind 2-4 with only 2 turns left. On our turn 15, we one-turn scored with some pushes to get our gutter runner downfield. We hoped for the blitz, but just nice weather - and it looked grim...but our MA 10 sidestepper we had on the LOS and he was blocked twice allowing him to sidestep downfield. The ballcarrier ran back to his only goal line and so a long streaking blitz by the gutter runner...needing (and getting) a -2d POW/POW to knock the ball loose and then a pickup for the score making it a tie game at 4-4.
