“Gnome versus Gnome. Squig Slayer versus Squig Slayer. Brother versus brother. Bomb versus... pretty much anything it hits, actually.

At the beginning of the match it seemed as this was going to be an instant classic, worthy of being recorded in the annals of Gnome history. Alas, the dice decided otherwise and so it was that No Gems managed a defensive touchdown around turn 5/6 after batteling their way through (enemy) Gnome lines and helped by a blitz!. Thus leaving the Doozers with far too few time to mount a decent offense. The second half saw more of the same and the Gemless scored their second TD of the game in turn 5. This left neither team truly capable of scoring and so they spent the remaining turns brawling it out. Tuff nearly managed to get himself killed. Well, he did manage to get himself killed, but he was saved by the apo for a change, so that doesn't count. At least not completely. Somehow he got the mvp for that. Jury must have been impressed by the amount of blood he lost in the process.

Again a match that sees Baelnic and me crossing out one of the boxes of the stunty grid. Until next time! (I've still got a lot of those to do.)”
