Griefers won the toss and got to receive in a blizzard.
Turn 1 was unexciting, failing to put down the saw on 3d and burning a RR on a both down. Thankfully the saw did nothing and the bomber fumbled. This let Aesthetic Goat blitz the ball & chain, killing him! This led to a pretty easy Nurgle drive, scoring on turn 8, although maybe a silly foul on a troll resulted in a Rotter being sent off.
The Gobbos tried a TTM, amazingly the Troll succeeded with his 5+ throw attempt but we had set up well and the goblin landed in two tackle zones, crashing to the ground.
2nd half, after the LOS blocks it was 8 vs 9 but an over enthusiastic goblin got himself sent off to give the good advantage back to the Nurgz.
On turn 3 the pressure got to the pogoer and 6 dice on him resulted in a dropped ball but our refusal to use a RR on the pick up nearly proved costly! The pogoer leapt to his feet, picked up the ball in 2 TZ's and made a mad dash for glory! Some nice chain pushing first gave us the opportunity to break the screen, which failed, then allowed us the assist to the blitz from the sweeper pestigor. Thankfully 6 dice on the pogoer got rid of him and Party Boy caught the scattered ball. From there the Nurgz couldn't be denied and made in 2-0 on turn 16.
