“A game that saw Nuffle tease the Daggerz on more than one occasion. 1st block in turn one by Bop sees him completely miss the elven target and smack himself in the face. The heat accounted for several players on both sides during a game in which the gobbos gamely huffed and puffed for no reward. The Villans quickly ran over the 1st TD. The second drive saw a hilarious duel between the Buzz Kickback and Mysterio. Neither the lineman or the chainsaw delivered and eventually both were removed by 3rd parties! Another elven score via the dodge, scoop up ball, dodge and run method. The weapons didn't really deliver at all during the game and were banned.

The second half saw no let up in the heat or the elf scoring. A beautiful play saw the Daggerz move the ball from deep in their own half to breaking clear into opposition territory. However, an elf caught up but could do no more. It looked as though the Daggerz would register a consolidation score but Nuffle himself intervened again and the ball carrier tripped trying to break free. It was as though Nuffle laughed at the petulance of the goblin in thinking that he could possibly score :)

Two simple TD's finished off the game as goblin numbers dwindled. And as one final insult to the gobbos Nuffle declared Gerald the MVP as they laid him in his coffin........ :(
