“Opponent came with the full package:
Pomber, Sb-Leaper and One Turn Scorer.

My opponent started and scored fast. My original plan was to score fast back and to take the ball from my opponent. To be able to do that I had to take his Strip Ball Leaper out because otherwise I ran risk to lose the ball on every of my offenses. I had a st3 sure hands wrestler, but that obviously wasn't the safest choice of a carrier.
The blocks went rather well for me and I managed to get a couple KOs. I got a couple of hits on the SB-Leaper too, but since he had killed two of my players early in the game, I didn't want to risk losing numbers and refrained from unnecessary fouling.
I changed my plans and chose to play it slow to not give my opponent 2 chances at KO recovery.
By the end of the half my numbers had dwindeld too but the 2 replacements turned out to be very handy and I started second half with 10 men vs a bit less.
Results were tied.
Stalling was as unappealing as ever with the ma10 because scoring only in turn 8 would likely mean a tie. I rather wanted to decide the game on his offense and not give him unneccessary shots. I kept producing KO's and realised that I had to be carefull not to underestimate the rats offense. Maybe a tie was the best result.
Like the hand of god his ma10 chased down to me and openly gave himself up. I thanked him for the gift and laid the boot. He didn't want to die or go out and I wanted to continue hitting him as often as possible.
Unfortunatly my Kroxy bone headed on a blitz and disrupted my formation aswell as my plans to dominate the field. I had to improvise and chose to move my players closer to the midline.
For the ma10 I left a single player behind to set for the foul. My numbers were already dimished too much. 4 players to cover the carrier, one bone headed kroxy and one lineman for the foul standing next to some other players...
The only square accessible to jump at was the one were the bone headed kroxy was in, so I had to do an extra 3+ dodge after the leap to get in range for the foul...
I failed... the ma10 was home free.
The fool came after me again but I didn't manage to get him out. In the meantime I had to move my cage a little further.
My oppoennt was as dimished as I.
One of his players charged in my cage and double powed the ballcarrier. A linefrog caught it instead.
That was good because the rats couldn't take it and bad because the guy wasn't exactly great at moving around... +he was one 4 squares behind the midline, not in scoring range.
He put a sidestepper next to the lino and I cut off his escape routes and pushed him away. The lineman was homefree for a hand off in the end zone.
Now I had to get a catcher into there. It required a 2+ leap and dodge with dodge.

The dodge snaked and the game was over. The rats had no one in range to score.
They set up for a turn 8 foul on my strip ball, kick, wrestler and failed. With a disgusted feeling, 3 death and 2 mng I left the ranked game, I probably shouldn't have taken in the first place.
Makes you wonder how little some people care, whether they will find a game again. ”
