“Got greedy and lost the win..
1st half, we both score. After the 1st score, the heat set in, which lead to an relatively unopposed score by the dwarves, as 3 Players on the Scum were exhuasted after the break, leaving 6 on 9. A deep kick, a blitz and a failed pick up allowed me to get deep in the backfield, eventually scoring. So, we line up with 7 players on each side for the last kickoff. The Necro's move up the pitch, but I'm able to get the ball out, but then I blitz..2db push/push..and here is my mistake--a push would have been perfectly fine..but I RR'd it to a Skull/Skull. This gave them the opportunity on the last turn to make a lot of rolls to score the tying TD.
“First half went well enough, with the Dwarfs scoring early, which gave us two nice boons - no more Deathroller, and time enough to Equalize.
Then came second half...
Sweltering heat leaving three of our players exhausted, Blitz! Failed Pickup. Failed GFI. That was the first two turns, and two turns later the Dwarfs was in the lead again.
Kickoff - Riot, one less turn to score, but in the end we pulled it off! ”
