“We received first half. While the Spiked Ball wasn't a factor, the fact a golem intercepted a pass in three tackle zones was... annoying. We got him to drop it at the cost of -MA, then the werewolf tries to pick up the ball and gets killed on the failed pickup. By turn 6, 5 apes are out, three of those for the match and two of those three MNG.

Then a zombie intercepts the second pass of the game. A. Zombie. A. Nuffle-Damned. Zombie. Hands off to a wight for a wight to wight pass but the pass fails and 0-0 at the half.

Must of used corpses of elves for this team...

8 vs 11 for the second half, a failed early roll means we start where we left off with all the dicefail. On the plus side by turn 2 he's out of rerolls. I manage to take out that ANNOYING flesh golem (briefly) with a silverback blitz, and a nearby chip scores. 7 vs 11, and we try again. Pitch invasion LEVELS the undead to the ground, and the apes go on a rampage. Looks like the drugs in their bananas kicked in at halftime.

Another attempt at pushing through fails at the end zone on a GFI, but we recover, monkey around a bit and pull off a 2-0 win.

This match was... wait for it... *sunglasses* bananas. YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH

Really. This was a weird match, but one of the most fun I've had in a while, even if I did take a few injuries.”
