“Felt like a close game but for 2 stupid errors on my part: left the backdoor open Turn 2, and failed to leave enough players within scoring range in the first half. Second half turned on a nutso 5+ Pass to a Beastman downfield, which he nailed, although the catch was dropped. Opponent made key dodges and pickups with no rr, and we failed ours. Our lightning bolt fizzled. Casualty dice were completely random all game; we started well but the DP's effectiveness dropped to zero after the first 4 turns. Not unhappy given the TV difference, but could easily have had the tie if I hadn't boneheaded.”
